Refund Policy

1. Refund Window: Customers can request a refund within 5 days from the date of receiving the product.

2. Refund Amount: All eligible refunds will be processed at 50% of the product value.

3. COD Orders: Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds.

For orders placed under Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), a 30% upfront payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

* This 30% advance amount is non-refundable.
* In case the order is cancelled by the customer or returned after delivery, the upfront payment will not be refunded.
* Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only on the remaining balance amount, subject to return eligibility and inspection.

4. Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is damaged or defective when received, customers must notify us within 5 days and provide clear photo/video proof. Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
